TREATMENT OF POSTTRAUMATIC ANGULAR DEFORMITIES OF TUBULAR BONES IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTSCHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
According to scientific publications, when using a conservative method of treatment, incorrectly fused fractures of the humerus account for 12.9%, forearms - 9.6%. Exit to disability in this pathology is up to 48%. The use of new technologies in traumatology and orthopedics can significantly reduce the number of patients with unsatisfactory outcomes in the treatment of such fractures. The paper presents a low-traumatic method of surgical treatment of improperly fused fractures of the bones of the forearm without loss of stability of fixation of bone fragments for the period of fusion.
