D1.1 - FAIR2Adapt Project Handbook
FAIR2Adapt enhances climate resilience by making climate data Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR), enabling policymakers and researchers to develop evidence-based adaptation strategies across Europe. This document serves as the project management handbook for the FAIR2Adapt project. It provides essential information for the effective coordination and execution of the project, including an introduction to FAIR2Adapt, its objectives, and the rationale behind its approach. The core of this document outlines the project management structures, procedures, and key references, including relevant details from the Grant Agreement (GA) and its annexes, the Consortium Agreement (CA), and additional decisions made within the Consortium. FAIR2Adapt partners will use this handbook as a reference guide throughout the project’s implementation. It aims to facilitate project management, monitor progress, and support efficient communication among partners and with the European Commission (EC). Additionally, it details the collaboration and communication tools, guidelines for organizing and managing meetings, and the requirements for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of project outputs.
