STRUCTURING OF THE EDUCATIONAL VIDEO "CORDEL DO DESAVEXO" ON GUIDELINES FOR APPROACHING PATIENTS WITH PSYCHOMOTOR AGITATION

Psychomotor agitation in psychiatric patients requires care by the professional health team. This preparation includes the transmission of knowledge for the management of psychomotor agitation and also the culture of humanization. It aims to facilitate access to the content cited through the educational video resource. The structuring of the educational video titled "Cordel do Desavexo" was carried out according to the CTM-3 method, targeting health professionals in training or already working, dealing with the conduct of psychomotor agitation during a psychiatric emergency through the steps of the psychomotor agitation protocol, as well as criticism of the asylum model and acts of violence against psychiatric patients. The video is 2min50s long. Illustration and storytelling of cordel, in addition to the figure-personage in the form of a cactus, alluding to the "prickly " and hard aspect of the theme, but also to the resistance that mental health work needs to cross this field of violence and punishment that still invades therapeutic intervention.
