Agapanthinus callophilus (Cockerell, 1923) [Holotype: CASC; Isla San José, Baja California Sur, México; May 28, 1921] Agapanthinus callophilus is endemic to the SD province and it is a rare species known from a few specimens. It has been reported in La Giganta Ranges and Gulf Coast in BCS (LaBerge 1957). The BBPT collected eight specimens in the Lower Colorado Desert in May of 2022.
