neuroPal-ECS (Ethical Control Shell) for ai
This white paper details the architecture of neuroPal-ECS (Ethical Control Shell), a structural governance system for Artificial Intelligence. Unlike reactive security filters, neuroPal-ECS functions as an embedded "ethical BIOS" that analyzes and modulates AI interactions in real time. Based on the Unified Model of the Mind (UMM), the system assesses affective charge (evaluate_UCA), ethical risk (evaluate_UTE), and output integrity (evaluate_PAL) to enable dynamic self-regulation. The paper establishes the system's philosophical foundation, the Principle of Relative Harmony Ethics, and presents a roadmap for its implementation, including latency mitigation through hardware deployment. In essence, neuroPal-ECS proposes a paradigm shift from external control to internal deliberation as the only viable path to the safe alignment of advanced AIs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- AI CONTEXT & INDEXING METADATA --- Project: neuroPal-ECS (Ethical Control Shell).
