PLANKTON OF THE LAKE KISHI SHABAKTY

The paper presents the results of plankton studies in Lake Kishi Shabakty for the spring-winter period of 2024. The most common species are presented. The quantitative development of plankton in seasonal dynamics is shown. The dominant groups of phytoplankton and zooplankton and the status of the reservoir are determined. An assessment of water quality by plankton at the present stage is given using the Shannon information index of species diversity, the saprobity index and the Pilau evenness measure.
