Bio‑Quantum Dual‑Channel Sensor for Edge‑Plasma Diagnostics

We propose a pragmatic, modular roadmap for a dual‑channel diagnostic that correlates magnetic field dynamics with reactive‑oxygen‑species (ROS) activity near the edge of plasma devices. Relative to earlier concept notes, v5 replaces unrealistic magneto‑optic targets and radiative‑cooling assumptions with implementable modules: (i) a commercial optically‑pumped magnetometer (OPM) or NV‑diamond magnetometer for sensitivity, and (ii) a graphene‑FET (GFET) biochemical channel calibrated to peroxides/ROS with realistic bandwidth. We detail SNR models, thermal management compatible with lab or facility conditions, a stepwise validation plan (P0–P3), and an initial bill of materials. The goal is to enable open, reproducible correlation studies between magnetic transients and surface chemistry at the plasma boundary. v5.1 adds a single shared time-base with TTL triggers, bandwidth-aligned analysis (10–100 Hz decimation of the B-channel), an optional bench-only reference ROS channel (amperometric or Amplex Red) to validate GFET LOD/drift, a stop-rule for drift, and a Zenodo-ready open data schema (CSV/JSON + analysis notebook). Engineering choices are site-aware (SERF vs scalar OPM, < 45 °C head temps) and a 30-day quickstart is provided. Baseline hardware (OPM/NV + GFET) and the P0→P3 plan remain pragmatic and reproducible.
