D1.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE

This document outlines the Quality Assurance (QA) plan and methodology for the CONFIDENTIAL6G project, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality standards for project deliverables. It provides a detailed description of the planning and writing procedures for all contractual deliverables, ensuring uniformity in project outcomes and offering clear guidelines to contributors. Additionally, the document defines the review and assessment procedures that reviewers will follow to monitor the quality and performance of CONFIDENTIAL6G deliverables. These procedures help identify any quantitative or qualitative deviations and establish corrective actions when necessary. The focus of this document is strictly on Quality Assurance processes for project deliverables and is closely related to, but separate from, Deliverable D1.1, Project Management Handbook and Risk Management Plan, which covers broader project management, internal reporting, and overall quality monitoring. Specific roles, responsibilities, and processes are defined to support deliverable editors in coordinating and producing high-quality outputs while helping contributors align with the project’s quality standards. The document also includes templates, guidelines, and checklists to streamline writing, reviewing, and monitoring processes, ensuring efficient progress tracking and effective dissemination of CONFIDENTIAL6G results.
