Starea de excepție. Caleidoscop interpretativ
The concept of the "state of exception" is one that has gained significant traction in recent years within the field of political theory. It is becoming increasingly common to categorise special events in the contemporary world within the paradigm of the exceptional. The configuration of that which exceeds expectations, accepted standards, recognised and accepted norms is received in the social-political sphere as a situation that is beyond the scope of existing political powers, and thus requires the expansion of those powers. A state of exception is invoked in all situations where political, health, climatic or other events require the implementation of urgent, mandatory and exceptional measures by the governments of sovereign states. Such a declaration would suggest that it is not a modern invention.
