The Impact of Antioxidants on Exercise-Induced Oxidative Stress and Performance
Abstract: This study examines the effects of antioxidant supplementation on exercise-induced oxidative stress and athletic performance in a sample of 150 trained athletes over a four-week period. The findings indicate that antioxidants significantly reduce oxidative stress markers and enhance endurance and recovery, although no significant impact was observed on strength gains.
