STABILITY OF THE REGION AS A SET OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC RELATIONSHIPS: ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF REGIONAL INVESTMENT PROCESSES
The author has developed a theoretical and methodological framework for comprehensively assessing the sustainability of regional socio-economic development. Additionally, she identified key attributes central to the concept of "sustainable socio-economic development of the region", forming the foundation for a set of factors that significantly influence it. A system of indicators has been proposed to break down the factors contributing to such stability. This theoretical and methodological foundation enabled the creation of a comprehensive methodology for diagnosing the sustainable development of regional economies. The methodology was tested resulting in a thorough evaluation based on various sustainability indicators, including economic, social, environmental, resource, and institutional dimensions. An integral sustainability indicator was also determined. Based on the identified type of sustainability in development, the authors proposed a series of measures to enhance sustainable development by leveraging the region's innovative and recreational potential.
