The research employs a descriptive approach, gathering data through surveys and interviews with employees. The findings indicate that recognition programs, career development opportunities, and effective communication significantly enhance engagement levels, leading to higher retention rates. The study also identifies challenges such as work-life balance concerns and limited career progression opportunities. The research concludes with recommendations for improving engagement strategies to foster long-term employee retention.
