EJP SOIL - EnergyLink: Functional Diversity Profiling

This report provides information on the complete dataset of Task 4.3. This task (led by Anke Herrmann and Angel Valverde) is dedicated (i) to the microbial respiration measurements using the MicroResp CO2 detection system to identify carbon utilization profiles, and (ii) estimating the presence/identifying plant-beneficial bacteria and fungal traits. Here, we describe the dataset collected to assess the impact of crop diversification on soil functional profiles (Task 4.3, WP 4).
