Quantum Theory and the Bhagavad Gita: A Philosophical Correlation
AbstractThis paper examines the fascinating relationships between the philosophical lessons found in theBhagavad Gita and fundamental ideas of quantum theory, including superposition, quantumentanglement, quantum tunneling, Planck's constant, and Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Italso illuminates the overlapping viewpoints on the nature of reality, interconnectedness, anduncertainty in existence by contrasting contemporary physics with traditional spiritual wisdom. To create a coherent story, verses from the Gita and pertinent scientific theories are cited.Through a comparative analysis, the paper highlights how both spiritual wisdom and quantumtheory challenge traditional views of reality, offering a unified perspective on the fluid andcomplex nature of the universe. Relevant verses from the Gita are woven together with modernscientific theories to present a comprehensive narrative, demonstrating how both realmsconverge in their understanding of the cosmos
