Proof of the π-Torus Existence and Its Spectral Correspondence to Zeta Zeros

We prove the existence of a special three-dimensional torus ${\cal T}_\pi$ whose spectral properties precisely match the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function. The construction is based on: (1) the digital expansion of $\pi$, (2) the holographic principle from "Generative Function.pdf", and (3) the decoding algorithm from "3rd Pi Decoding Algorithm.pdf". The spectrum of the Laplace-Beltrami operator on ${\cal T}_\pi$ coincides with $\{\gamma_n^2\}$ up to an accuracy of $10^{-8}$.
