BEET GROWING TECHNOLOGY
BEET GROWING TECHNOLOGY Rajabov Jonibek Baxtiyorovich Tashkent state agrarian university master degree’s Abstract. In the cultivation of beetroot as a repeated crop, it is very important to choose the right planting dates, along with the agro-technical measures carried out for its productivity and the quality of tubers. Key words: Beetroot, root crop, planting time, row spacing, yield, plant, variety, hybrid, soil, vegetable, row spacing, tillage, area, yield, growth, development. Every year in Fergana region, 90-100,000 hectares of grain crops and several 10,000 hectares of fields left free from tomorrow's vegetables and legumes will provide an opportunity to grow crops such as vegetables, rice, fodder and corn in the coming years. Repetitive crops have been occupying a large place in the provision of food products and production of exportable products. Among them, root crops such as carrots, turnips, turnips and beets have become the main and widely used vegetable products in our country, especially in our region. Beet (red) is a fruitful crop among vegetable crops, and it grows everywhere. In addition to many vitamins necessary for the human body, nutritious blood contains carbohydrates and organic substances, which are not only nutritious food, but also its medicinal properties are invaluable. In addition to the beet root, it is used in the preparation of various salads and dishes due to the fact that its leaves contain many medicinal properties. Its seret root (beetroot) is stored for a long time and is consumed all year round. In our republic, beets make up about 3.5% of the total vegetable area. Ashlavlagi is a two-year plant belonging to the Marevix family. Beetroot requires more heat than other root vegetables. Among the root vegetables, this is the most light-loving root vegetable. Soil moisture for its growth development is 75-80% is considered optimal. More than 15 varieties of beets are common in almost all regions of our country. A part of the beet grown in our province is being exported to neighboring republics and foreign countries in the following years. Beet seeds germinate at 6-8 degrees. It is more resistant to cold than turnips and turnips, but it is more resistant to dehydration than other vegetables. When it is watered quickly during the initial growth period, it develops rapidlyYengil va og’ir tuproqlarda xam yahshi parvarish qilinganda yuqori hosil beraveradi. Beet takes a lot of nutrients from the soil, so it should be planted in well-fertilized soil. In order to study the dates of planting beets as a repeated crop in Fergana region, we conducted a field experiment in Fergana city "Karim Ota" farm to study the growth and productivity of beet Pablo F1 hybrid in different periods. . Pablo F1 Early variety. The growing period is 80-90 days. Root fruit round shape, skin, flesh dark red, length 15-17 cm, diameter 13-14 cm, juicy, sweet. Weight 160 g. Productivity is 40-45 t. Recyclable, disease resistant. It was planted in the following periods: July 1, July 20, July 30, August 5 in a 7X15 cm planting pattern. When we studied the application of agro-technical measures. Although the timing of sowing does not affect the germination of seeds, it can be seen that the number of irrigations is 3-4 times more when carried out in the early period (on July 1) than on (July 30), that is, in the summer It was necessary to water quickly in order to save sprouts that sprouted during the hot season. Although our seeds planted on July 30 and August 5 germinated at the same time, since the next growing season coincides with a slightly cooler period, the interval between watering them is long, the number of waterings and less was conducted. Also, the growth and development continued actively because the sprouted plants were exposed to less stress than when they were germinated on a hot summer day. Due to the large number of irrigations, in our fields planted in the first and second option, inter-row processing was carried out 3-4 times, similar to the above. In addition, it can be seen that when planted early, the share of large tubers of 250-500 gm is 12-15%, and the average weight of 1 tuber is 285 g. It was determined that the amount of non-standard tubers was high (12-15%). It was also found that the percentage of small 50-80 g tubers was 5-6% in the variety planted on August 5 in the late period. In the experiment, technical measures were carried out economically in convenient periods and high-quality harvest was determined on July 30. 3 times showed that it is possible to save irrigations and tillage between the rows.
