Empathy As the Key to Success for Trainee Teachers

The article examines the issue of the emotional development of trainee teachers in the educational system of the Republic of Moldova. The significance of this problem is emphasized in the context of the increased influence of humanistic values and the accumulation of negative emotional experiences among the younger generation. Particular attention is paid to the study of empathy as a key component of emotional culture for the development and implementation of effective and efficient professional teaching activities.
