A Study on exploring the reasons for having an Intention to Quit the Job among the Fire Fighters

The present study investigates methods to improve job satisfaction and retention of firefighters in Tamil Nadu State. Firefighters are challenged by internal station dynamics, compensation issues, and health issues, among other factors, that contribute to job satisfaction. Also, there are numerous firefighters who leave to pursue opportunities when they clear government exams.
