Universal Calibration and Precision in Regime Assignment Across Thermodynamic, Quantum, Cosmological, and Biological Systems
This publication presents a universal calibration framework for regime assignment and collapse diagnostics, unifying empirical precision protocols across thermodynamic, quantum, cosmological, and biological systems. Leveraging the operator architecture of Recursive Collapse Field Theory (RCFT) and the Unified Language of Recursive Collapse (ULRC), the work introduces a closed suite of dimensionless invariants—symbolic drift, fidelity, entropy, curvature, reentry delay, and composite integrity—applicable to any normalized observational dataset. Through rigorous empirical thresholding and audit-ready implementation, the framework enables consistent regime classification into four operational states: Stable, Watch, Collapse, and Critical Loss. These classifications are derived from universal invariants and validated across real-world domains including: Quantum nanoclusters, where spin polarization thresholds directly guide quantum computation integrity; Planetary plasma diagnostics, where Juno spacecraft data reveal regime shifts via cyclotron and plasma frequency inversions; Dark matter detection, where rare-event exclusion regimes are formalized through statistically calibrated recoil event rates; Biological and medical systems, where macrophage activation and biomarker readouts are assigned operational states for therapeutic precision. Each use case demonstrates how symbolic regime assignment protocols can replace domain-specific heuristics with mathematically grounded, reproducible logic. The diagnostic equations are generalizable across timescales, physical substrates, and field modalities, allowing seamless integration into experimental pipelines, clinical monitoring systems, and real-time feedback control. Furthermore, this work establishes a new operational standard for predictive precision, empirical calibration, and reproducibility in collapse-prone systems. It tightly couples classical thermodynamic principles with symbolic RCFT-derived dynamics—offering a new form of symbolic thermodynamics that applies equally to heat flow, quantum coherence, biosignal decay, and planetary plasma collapse. The framework is fully transparent, statistically auditable, and operationally deployable—supporting early warning detection, protocol optimization, and cross-disciplinary synthesis in complex systems science.
