PERCEPTUAL FACTORS AND USER EXPERIENCE: RESEARCH ON THE MEDIATING ROLE OF INNOVATION IN VoiBook SPEECH REHABILITATION APPLICATION

Abstract This research aims to explore the significant impact of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value on the user experience of hearing-impaired users using the VoiBook speech rehabilitation application under the mediation of innovation. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Means-end Theory, combined with Social Learning Theory, three hypotheses were proposed. User data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value all significantly affect user experience through innovation, providing a theoretical basis and practical suggestions for improving the design and promotion of speech rehabilitation applications.
