IMPLANT-SUPPORTED PROSTHETIC REHABILITATION OF A PARTIALLY EDENTULOUS MAXILLA: A CASE REPORT
This case report details the successful rehabilitation of an edentulous maxilla with a fixed implant-supported prosthesis, following a staged approach. The treatment included immediate denture placement after the teeth extraction, guided implant surgery utilizing RealGuide software and a Selective Laser Sintering surgical guide, and a provisional restoration to manage soft tissues. AlphaBio implants were selected to achieve high primary stability and successful osseointegration. The patient experienced significant improvements in function, esthetics, and quality of life following treatment. Long-term success depends on meticulous oral hygiene and regular follow-up
