Geographic & bathymetric distribution. From USA (Florida); Bahamas, Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea to Venezuela; 412 – 750 m depth (Felder et al. 2009; Poupin & Corbari 2016). Remarks. Records for Venezuela: off east Peninsula de Paraguaná, off east Chichiriviche, Falcón; off northeast Testigos Island (Chace & Holthuis 1978).
