Enhancing Financial Security A Quantitative Investigation with AI and Quantum Biometrics

This whitepaper presents a groundbreaking cybersecurity framework integrating artificial intelligence, quantum-safe cryptography, and biometric authentication to mitigate modern financial fraud. Through a proprietary suite of autonomous agents including PatriotProof™, PPP™ (Predictive Pattern Profiling), and AISF™ (Automated Intelligence Surveillance Framework) the system detects and prevents fraud in real time while ensuring compliance with global data protection standards. Using a mixed-methods approach, including logistic regression and simulation-based validation, this study demonstrates how AI scoring engines and quantum encryption protocols can reduce fraud rates by over 40%. Appendices include system architecture diagrams, compliance crosswalks, post-quantum threat models, and monetization roadmaps. The paper is aligned with NIST 800-207 Zero Trust principles and presents future-proofed defenses against adversarial AI, spoofing, and data leakage. This work is intended for academic researchers, cybersecurity professionals, policy analysts, and institutions focused on safeguarding digital financial ecosystems.
