INNOVATIONS IN PUBLIC SERVICE: PROSPECTS AND PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION IN UZBEKISTAN

This article considers the importance of innovative technologies in the effective organization of public services and the prospects of their introduction in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The importance of areas such as digitalization, expansion of electronic services, establishment of services based on the principle of "Single Window" in the public administration system is emphasized. At the same time, problems related to the use of innovative technologies are discussed, including the lack of technical infrastructure, the need to improve personnel qualifications and legal frameworks. Uzbekistan's experience is compared with international practice, and recommendations for adaptation to local conditions are given.
