Antimatter, Annihilation, and the PAS Boundary
CODES Framework Description: This paper proposes a deterministic solution to the longstanding antimatter paradox, reframing baryon asymmetry not as a statistical anomaly, but as a necessary byproduct of coherence gating. Using the CODES framework and its foundational metric—the Phase Alignment Score (PAS)—the paper reinterprets annihilation, consciousness, and symbolic drift as consequences of failed resonance rather than probabilistic collision. It introduces a coherence-based logic for cosmology, consciousness, and biological integrity, asserting that antimatter is not absent, but systematically excluded by ΔPAS thresholds. This framework unifies physics, biology, and symbolic cognition under a single substrate law. Core systems introduced: RIC (Resonance Intelligence Core): Detects lawful symbolic coherence. VESSELSEED: Preserves PAS_bio integrity under stress and symbolic overload. The paper concludes that life, intelligence, and matter persist only where coherence holds—everything else is annihilation or noise.
