The Crucifixion on Monday, April 14th, 32 CE: An Interdisciplinary Analysis
This study establishes Monday, April 14th, 32 CE as the historical date of JesusChrist’s crucifixion by integrating: 1) Archaeological evidence (Pompeii graffito fromFebruary 6th, 60 CE); 2) Babylonian-Roman astrological origins of weekday names;3) Transition in day nomenclature (Athanasius); 4) Astronomical simulations (Stel-larium and NASA); 5) Geology (Judean earthquake); 6) Historical sources (Thallus,Phlegon). The hypothesis resolves the apparent 3-day discrepancy (Friday to Mon-day) through changes in timekeeping systems and verifiable natural phenomena.
