THE APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE TO CRIMINAL LAW, AS WELL AS THE CONDITIONS FOR THE FAIR DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT OF PENALTIES

This article is devoted to the analysis of the application of the principle of justice to criminal law. Based on the study of foreign experience and scientific and theoretical views, the main problems of applying the principle of justice to criminal law were investigated. Based on the results of the analysis, relevant conclusions were drawn and proposals were developed.
