MULTIFUNCTIONAL HEMOSORBENT BASED ON NATURAL SILK "BOMBYX MORI" FIBERS AND ITS PROPERTIES
The given article presents the results of medical and biological studies of a fibrous multifunctional hemosorbent obtained through high-temperature hydrolysis under high pressure followed by repeated hydrolysis under the influence of physical factors (ultrasonic dispersion and microwave irradiation) of pure fibroin isolated from natural silk. Medical and biological studies of the multifunctional fibrous hemosorbent made from fibroin of natural silk include experimental research on the adsorption and absorption characteristics in blood and blood serum in model animals. A comparative analysis of the sorption parameters of the multifunctional hemosorbent derived from natural silk fibroin with hemosorbents widely used in medical practice has been conducted.
