D2.2 - Report on exploring innovative quantitative tools
The document aims to assess, adapt, and enhance existing quantitative tools to better address sustainability goals and economic, environmental, and social objectives included in CAP Strategic Plans (SPs) of the Member States. It is particularly relevant for policymakers and managing authorities and helps to understand the potential of quantitative modelling in agricultural policy analysis which is not often used at the Member State level and hence belongs to the promising innovations for policy preparation. It addresses the increased responsibility of Member States in designing SPs and improving their monitoring and evaluation capacity.
