Energy Ontology and Temporalized Correlation: A New Paradigm for Understanding Structural Information Transfer and Dynamic Function
Current mainstream science, largely based on matter ontology and reductionist methodology, faces significant challenges in fundamentally explaining the integrity and dynamics of complex systems, deep relationships between fundamental entities, cognitive processes like memory, the efficiency of artificial intelligence, and phenomena in fundamental physics such as the Uncertainty Principle and quantum entanglement. This paper proposes an entirely new multi-layered theoretical framework centered on energy ontology and a macro-to-micro determination, departing fundamentally from the matter-centric view by considering energy as the primary entity and time as its intrinsic attribute. Space corresponds to matter, viewed as a special condensed form of energy and discrete time blocks. The framework posits a universal cosmic time system and emphasizes macro and micro consistency across all scales, introducing Time as a Spatial Node as a fundamental principle organizing reality through dynamic patterns. It also suggests fundamental, pervasive uncertainty inherent in the energy ontology. Using the deconstruction of food through cooking in water as a paradigm, the paper elucidates a temporalized structural information transfer mechanism. Information, defined as the pattern formed by the structured flow of energy in time and space, is released from material structure's spatial correlation during cooking and transformed within water's dynamic hydrogen bond network (the temporal dimension) into temporal patterns (non-spatial correlation). This process forms structured energy flow, acting as bridges for Dynamic Functions and super-spatial correlations in receiving self-organizing systems. This mechanism provides new perspectives on life integrity, non-local biological effects, and medicinal plant actions. Crucially, the theory offers novel explanations and insights for diverse phenomena: it interprets quantum uncertainty as pervasive dynamism and quantum entanglement as super-spatial synchronization; provides a theoretical basis for memory (as time integration of temporal patterns), consciousness, and the concept of soul (as energy-information patterns); offers a new perspective on AI and computation by suggesting shared dynamic processing principles; and proposes a framework for understanding the intrinsic connections between science, culture, and religion as manifestations of fundamental natural dynamics. This paradigm shifts focus from static spatial structure to dynamic, temporal energy flow, offering a unified, potentially world-consistent cognitive system for exploring reality's interconnected nature across all scales.
