Enzymatic hydrolysis of corn cob processing waste by cellulases of the strain Irpex lacteus (Fr.) Fr. 2434

The features of enzymatic hydrolysis in citrate-phosphate buffer of corn cob processing waste (corn cob wrappers and rods) by cellulases of the Irpex lacteus 2434 strain were studied in laboratory conditions. It has been established that the enzyme preparation cellulase acts within the pH range of 4.0–5.5. In order to increase the yield of reducing sugars and glucose, it is necessary to introduce an enzyme preparation of the strain I. lacteus 2434 in an amount of 10 mg/g of substrate.
