DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE TECHNOLOGIES OF IMMEDIATE CLEANING OF HEAT EXCHANGER DEVICES
AbstractMany industrial enterprises use softened or mineralized water for technological purposes to compensate for steam and condensate losses and to replenish the heating network. Water with high carbonate hardness is unsuitable for cooling heat exchange equipment because when heated, the calcium bicarbonates in it break down into carbonates, which, when deposited, clog the heat exchanger. This article provides recommendations for developing effective and environmentally safe technologies for the immediate cleaning of heat exchange devices. It also highlights various cleaning methods used in the water industry, depending on the water quality required to meet necessary standards.KeywordsSolution, regenerant, regeneration, industry, filter, substance, solution, resin, acid.
