Kristianstad University CoARA Action Plan

Kristianstad University signed the Coalition on Advancing Research Assessment (CoARA) in March 2023, joining a collaborative effort to reform how research and researchers are evaluated. This is the first version of HKR's CoARA Action Plan, outlining our commitment to embracing comprehensive, transparent, and diverse methods of assessment. The plan will be regularly updated and refined as we progress in aligning our practices with CoARA's core principles, including recognizing a wide range of research outputs, rewarding collaboration, promoting open science, and continue our efforts on capacity buildning for early-career researchers. Through this ongoing effort, we aim to contribute to a more responsible and fair research evaluation system.
