On the role of the creative worker in the economy of the XXI century
The article is devoted to the presentation of the system of arguments required for solving a relevant problem in the system of social sciences - identification of the role and substanation of qualitative characteristics and features of the creative worker as thebasis of the social class of the same name and the main productive force in the (post) industrial model of economic development. In the space-time boundaries of the economic model of the XXI century, systems of different quality coexist simultaneously: theindustrial system is in the phase of its regression, and the post-industrial system is in the phase of transformation from the phase of genesis to the phase of active development accompanied by change in relations of production. Thus, to study the qualitative aspects of the identification of characteristics and role determination of the designated subject, one should use the following methodological tools: dialectical method, Marxist social class analysis, method of scientific abstraction, as well as some elements of the theory of creative class. The result of the research proves that new productive forces have outgrown the late-industrial form of their embodiment in the XXI century and there is an objective contradiction between the corresponding productive forces and the mode of production which must be resolved in a dialectical way. Also, the article presents the features of the ‘portrait’ of a creative worker and provides his quality characteristics identifying a systemic element in the labor structure of a creative worker embodied in the form of creative potential of an individual.
