The incoming document flow into AGROS database. The results of monitoring research (2019–2023)
The article presents the indicators of the document flow, which are updated annually from the AGROS database, created by the Central Scientific Agricultural Library since 1985 and numbering more than 2 million bibliographic records of documents of all types and types entering the library. The flow has been monitored over the past 5 years. The total sample was more than 30 thousand documents. This publication presents the results by such criteria as a type of document and its source of acquisition (in total and in dynamics). The monitoring results show that the document flow is relatively stable both in books and periodical publications. There is a possibility to increase it by including more articles in the database. Quantitative parameters (data) are the leading indicator of the size of the document flow, they help in planning and managing the document flow for the AGROS database and its updating.
