EOSC-ENTRUST D10.1 Provider adoption and evaluation report of Year 1 blueprint and technology, including barriers to adoption & TRE gap analysis
The EOSC-ENTRUST project advances Trusted Research Environments (TREs) within the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) by fostering collaboration, standardisation, and interoperability. In its first year, it established a TRE Provider Forum, developed a comprehensive TRE inventory, and conducted a gap analysis to identify key challenges. A requirements management framework was created to address stakeholder needs and compliance. Collaboration with other EOSC-ENTRUST teams ensures alignment with security, policy, and infrastructure goals. Moving forward, the project will refine its framework, expand engagement, and further integrate TREs, promoting a unified and effective approach to data sharing and research collaboration in Europe.
