Anthophora (Micranthophora) exigua Cresson, 1879 [Lectotype (Cresson, 1916): ANSP; ♀ Nevada, USA] Anthophora exigua occurs in western North America and broadly specializes on pollen from plants in the family Asteraceae (Orr et al. 2018). Additionally, this species was reported in BC by Ayala et al. (1996). As far as we know there are no records from the BCP publicly available, however Orr et al. (2018) suggests this species should be found in BC.
