Impact of Variable Fluid Properties on Hybrid Nanofluid Flow Over a Stretching Surface with Nonlinear Thermal Radiation
In many technical applications viscosity of fluid varies with respect to temperature, so it is important to understand the dynamics of the fluid under varying fluid properties. This article presents numerical investigation on thermal characteristics of hybrid nanofluid flow over a stretching surface considering viscosity, thermal conductivity as function of temperature. The highly nonlinear partial differential equations are converted as equations of single similarity variable using appropriate similarity and then shooting method is employed to solve the model. Copper-alumina oxide nanoparticles are used in this study with base fluid as water. Heat transfer rate is more in hybrid nanofluid model as compared to mono particle based nanofluid with variable thermal conductivity
