DETERMINANTS OF LIFE SATISFACTION AMONG ELDERLY PEOPLE
This study examines the psychosocial factors influencing life satisfaction among older adults, with a focus on health, social relationships, independence, and environmental conditions. Aging is associated with challenges such as declining health, loneliness, and social isolation, which can significantly affect well-being. The findings highlight the importance of strong social ties, good physical and mental health, and maintaining autonomy to enhance life satisfaction in later years. Additionally, the research underscores the value of life experiences, family support, and active engagement in daily activities.
