Aspella;Attiliosa;Dermomurex;Ingensia Keen 1971

Subfamily Aspellinae Keen, 1971 Discussion. Russini et al. (2023) treated Muricopsinae Radwin & D’Attilio, 1971 and Aspellinae Keen, 1971 as synonyms, and used Muricopsinae as the valid name. However, Aspellinae (published January 1971) has precedence over Muricopsinae (published December 1971) (MolluscaBase Eds. 2024a). Genus Aspella Mörch, 1877 Type species. Ranella anceps Lamarck, 1822; by monotypy. Pleistocene, Egypt.
