A Review of Educational Interventions Effect on The Level of Emotional Intelligence Among Undergraduate Nursing Students
Emotional intelligence (E-I) combines various abilities, including selfawareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and motivation. These competencies are particularly crucial for nursing students, enabling them to cope with high-pressure circumstances effectively. Given the dynamic nature of the healthcare environment and the evolving needs of patients, a strong E-I from nursing professionals is needed. Therefore, the focus of nursing education has shifted to enhancing these skills. This review study is very significant for the nursing sector, both academically and clinically.
