Analysis User Satisfaction Level of DanaE-Wallet Application Using The UEQ Method

The development of digital technology has encouraged the increasing use of e-wallets in Indonesia, one of which is the DANA application. This study aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of DANA application users using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The UEQ method is used to evaluate six aspects of user experience, namely attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 112 active DANA user respondents. The results showed that users gave a positive assessment of the DANA application with an average value above 0.8 for five aspects, namely attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, stimulation, and novelty. However, the reliability aspect is still below average, indicating a problem in the consistency of application performance. Most respondents are active users who have used DANA for more than three years, so the data obtained is quite representative. This research provides recommendations for DANA developers to focus on improving application reliability to ensure a better user experience in the future. The findings can also serve as a reference for similar research related to user experience evaluation in digital applications.
