THE PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINER'S PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS A GROUP OF STUDENTS IN A COLLABORATIVE SITUATION

This study provides information about the oratory skills of psychological trainers and their attitude to the group in a collaborative (cooperative) situation with students. The skills of the psychological trainer, their adherence to the rules when organizing psychological trainings, and how they treat the student team are described in detail in the study. One of the main goals and objectives of this study is to increase the experience of psychological trainers, as well as recommend the use of modern programs in conducting psychological training for the student team.
