RISK FACTORS FOR KIDNEY DAMAGE IN OSTEOPOROSIS WITH HEART FAILURE

Recent studies have demonstrated a high risk of kidney damage andassociated cardiovascular complications in patients with Osteoporosis whichgenerally determines the prognosis of these patients. However, the frequency ofchronic kidney disease (CKD) in Osteoporosis in the Uzbekistan cohort of patientshas not been precisely established. The unfavorable prognostic significance ofkidney damage in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has been actively attracting the attentionof researchers in recent years. Certain clinical variants of involvement of the kidneysin the pathological process in rheumatoid arthritis are noted in most patients. Variousvariants of kidney damage in rheumatoid arthritis are described, in particular, glomerulonephritis, amyloidosis, vasculitis, as well as iatrogenic forms (analgesictubulopathy, membranous nephropathy, etc.). It is noteworthy that in real clinicalconditions, morphological verification of renal pathology may not be performed fora long time in such patients for a number of objective reasons. Early manifestationsof functional renal disorders, especially with their moderate severity, do not alwaysattract the attention of clinicians, while the progression of chronic kidney disease(CKD) in Osteoporosis can be Osteoporosis, especially in old age, as well as inassociation with cardiovascular pathology.
