Comprising 12 slides, it provides key tips for effective reporting, the appropriate use of tables and figures, common pitfalls to avoid, and valuable online tools tailored to various research types. This work culminates in emphasizing on what truly matters: crafting a solid research question based on the FINER criteria, selecting an appropriate study design, and employing rigorous methodology. Presented as part of an online research methodology course offered by the British Medical Journal in collaboration with the University of California San Francisco, this work was made possible through a scholarship from MARS, a medical agency for research and statistics operating across the Middle East, Gulf, Europe, and North America.
