The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of ensuring the economic security of the hotel and restaurant business in modern conditions.The purpose of the study is to determine the conceptual directions of ensuring the economic security of the hotel and restaurant business in modern conditions.Research methods. The research used a set of scientific methods and approaches, descriptive, analytical, generalization, logic, systematic, which allowed to ensure the conceptual unity of the research.Results of work. The article substantiates the conceptual directions of ensuring the economic security of the hotel and restaurant business in modern conditions.Field of application of results. The sphere of development of business structures in the hotel and restaurant industry. Conclusions. The main conclusions and its methodological results can be reduced to the following formulation: on the basis of the conducted research, conceptual directions for ensuring the economic security of the hotel and restaurant business in modern conditions are proposed and substantiated.
