Geometric Redefinition of the Speed of Light: The Tangential Velocity Limit on Closed Surfaces
This version presents a geometric reinterpretation of the speed of light as the maximum tangential velocity on a closed surface φ. Assuming the helium nucleus radius (~1 fm) as the minimal scale supporting gamma radiation, the speed of light is expressed as c = 2πνr, where ν is the estimated upper limit of gamma frequency (~5×10²² Hz). This imposes a minimum wavelength λ = 2πr. Any wave with shorter wavelength cannot propagate and instead collapses to a closed surface. The paper includes geometric illustrations and serves as a second version (v2) of the previously published manuscript.
