A guide to selecting high-performing antibodies for Rab3A (UniProt ID: P20336) for use in western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence
This article presents characterization data that can be utilized as a guide to select high-performing antibodies for Rab3A, a member of the Rab GTPase family of proteins involved in vesicle trafficking. Sixteen antibodies were evaluated by western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence experiments using a standardized protocol that compares readouts in isogenic parental controls and knockout cell lines.
