This article explores the impression of the ancient Silk Road on Turkic Cuisine and how the Road contributed to modern tourism in Central Asia. Our findings show that these culinary exchanges were not just about exchanging ingredients, but also about other practices of cultural accommodation and fusion. The paper also explores how contemporary have utilized this culinary heritage to create successful cultural tourism industries. Nevertheless, the research also brings forward ongoing obstacles that include inadequate infrastructure, geopolitical considerations and the necessity to strike a balance between heritage preservation and commercialization. Results stress the significance of the road as an economic activator and bridge of intercultural communication. The study provides successful examples of heritage tourism development and offers a number of suggestions to overcome the current difficulties. Finally, the research draws attention to wider issues of sustainable cultural tourism, the safeguarding of intangible heritage, and the impact of food on the construction of national identity in a more globalized context.
