RESULTS OF DIAGNOSTICS OF METAL STRUCTURES OF THE BOOM OF EXCAVA-TORS ESH15/90 AND ESH20/90 OF THE BAGANUUR OPEN PIT AND THE ROTATING PLATFORM OF THE ESH25/90 EXCAVATOR OF THE SHIVEE-OVOO OPEN PIT

Abstract Today, the Mongolian economy is based on the mining and coal industries. Large open-pit coal mines of Baganuur and Shive-Ovoo use high-performance walking excavators ESh15/90, ESh20/90 and ESh25/90. Thus, using a set of modern research and analytical tools and software, which is an advanced method for diagnosing the magnetic memory of metal, we carried out measurements of the metal structures of the above-mentioned excavators with high metal content, such as the boom and the rotating platform, step by step, according to our own methods, processed the obtained results, realistically assessed the technical condition, identified deformed elements and areas requiring further attention, determined their residual life, considered the economic results protected from risks, developed instructions and recommendations and implemented them in production.
